1. Start
Up: The start up team will complete the initial “start up
programme” within the first thirty (30) days from the contract
commencement date.
2. Start
up Team Members: Our Director of Operations and the Site
Supervisor will be on location until the building is operating to
the satisfaction of the team.
3. Project
Work: Project work will be implemented immediately from the
initiation of contract (see Quality Assurance). All public areas
will be brought to standard within 30 days from commencement of
the contract.
4. Tenant
Services: All tenants will be personally contacted by a member of
our start up team prior to the commencement date of the contract
to determine their personal needs. After the start up a tenant
visitation programme will be established.
5. Labour
Relations: The Labour Relations Team will handle all labour
issues, including staff evaluation and retraining. This will
always be handled in a professional, caring and sensitive manner.
6. Productivity:
In order to maintain the highest possible industry standards
Aragon
will not exceed 5,500 square feet per hour of light duty cleaning
or 20,000 square feet per hour of heavy duty cleaning.
7. Labour:
Recognizing that the cleaning industry has a labour shortage,
Aragon
continually looks
for methods to reward its employees. Employees are recognized
and rewarded for good attendance,
maintaining consistent cleaning levels and meeting recognized
standards for inspections. These rewards go a long way to let
our employees know how important they are to
